Primary 5 Beach Cleanup

The school worked with Plastic Free Seas to arrange the annual Beach Cleanup. On 1st, 8th, 15th and 29th March 2023, each Primary 5 class spent one day cleaning up a different beach. The beach cleanups allowed the students to study the amount and different kinds of rubbish being washed up or thrown away along our coastlines. It was a meaningful experience where they could study the impacts of littering, how to make a difference and reflect on how our behaviour can directly impact the environment.
