The School invites applications for the following positions:

IT / AV / Graphic Design Support Staff

Responsibilities of IT Support Staff:

  • Provide IT and AV technical support to end-users.
  • Assist teachers on innovative educational technology projects (e.g., robotics, 3D printing and AI).
  • Support and manage school systems on physical and VM servers on Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Assist in the administration of software licenses, hardware inventories and procurement
  • Work as a teaching assistant to provide support to teachers and students in the classroom.

Responsibilities of AV Support Staff:

  • Provide IT and AV technical support to end-users.
  • Deliver video streaming and post-production solutions.
  • Produce quality videos with skills in photo/video taking and editing.
  • Operate and manage school computers, mobile devices and AV equipment.
  • Work as a teaching assistant to provide support to teachers and students in the classroom.
  • Take photos or videos for school events

Responsibilities of Graphic Design Support Staff:

  • Create posters, banners, graphics and videos for school events, projects and communications.
  • Design school-related digital and print materials, including presentations and publications.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to produce creative materials for classroom and extracurricular activities.
  • Support multimedia production by editing photos and videos.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency and adhering to school design standards.
  • Take photos or videos for school events

Requirements:

  • Candidates who can take up a combination of the above roles preferred
  • Holder of an IT-related or Creative Media Higher Diploma or above preferred. (IT / AV Support)
  • Holder of an IT-related, Creative Media or Graphic Design Higher Diploma or above preferred. (Graphic Design Support)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server and server virtualization is a plus. (IT Support)
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is a plus. (IT Support)
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, including advanced skills in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.  (Graphic Design Support)
  • Strong creative ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese and a team player.
  • Relevant experience and interest to develop a career in the education sector is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
