{"id":41,"date":"2026-09-04T11:07:48","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T03:07:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dgjs.edu.hk\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2026-09-04T11:07:48","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T03:07:48","slug":"job-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dgjs.edu.hk\/?page_id=41","title":{"rendered":"Job Opportunities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<h1>Job Opportunities<\/h1>\n<p>The School invites applications for the following positions:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>IT \/ AV \/ Graphic Design Support Staff<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities of IT Support Staff:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide IT and AV technical support to end-users.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist teachers on innovative educational technology projects (e.g., robotics, 3D printing and AI).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support and manage school systems on physical and VM servers on Windows and Linux platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in the administration of software licenses, hardware inventories and procurement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work as a teaching assistant to provide support to teachers and students in the classroom.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities of AV Support Staff:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide IT and AV technical support to end-users.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliver video streaming and post-production solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produce quality videos with skills in photo\/video taking and editing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operate and manage school computers, mobile devices and AV equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work as a teaching assistant to provide support to teachers and students in the classroom.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take photos or videos for school events<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities of Graphic Design Support Staff:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create posters, banners, graphics and videos for school events, projects and communications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design school-related digital and print materials, including presentations and publications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with teachers and staff to produce creative materials for classroom and extracurricular activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support multimedia production by editing photos and videos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in maintaining brand consistency and adhering to school design standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take photos or videos for school events<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates who can take up a combination of the above roles preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holder of an IT-related or Creative Media Higher Diploma or above preferred. (IT \/ AV Support)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holder of an IT-related, Creative Media or Graphic Design Higher Diploma or above preferred. (Graphic Design Support)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server and server virtualization is a plus. (IT Support)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is a plus.
