2526 Primary 6 Visit – The Legislative Council by Primary Six Students

In January 2026, 37 Primary 6 students participated in a guided tour of the Legislative Council Complex, led by teachers. The activity was divided into three parts: the guide first introduced the architecture of the Legislative Council Complex and the functions of the different rooms, then briefly explained the work of the Legislative Council, and finally conducted a simple role-playing session where students took on the role of legislators to express their positions on a provided proposal and vote on whether to pass it. This activity helped students understand the Legislative Council and its functions.
