Admission for Primary 2 and Primary 6 in 2012-2013 new
Application
Please do not apply if your child is over-aged / under-aged. No entrance examination results of an over-aged / under-aged candidate will be considered.
A. Age range
Pr. 2 Girls born between 1st September, 2004 and 31st December, 2005.
Pr. 6 Girls born between 1st September, 2000 and 31st December, 2001.
B. The application form must be filled in properly and returned to School at the above stated address by post on or before 4th June, 2012.
C. The following items must be submitted together with the application form :
i) Two self-addressed, stamped envelopes
ii) A photo-copy of the child’s H.K. birth certificate / H.K. I D Card
iii) Photo-copies of school reports for 2010-2011 / 2011-2012 |
